- Ramara Administration Centre — approx. 450 bundles plus 75 square of flat roofing
- Orillia Central School
- Rama Fire Hall — build-up of z-girts and plywood on the complete building, ice and water protector, 735 bundles of shingles
- Cookstown Library — approx. 450 bundles, plus build-up of z-girts, plywood, ice and water protector and shingles
- Numerous flat and shingle projects at CFB Borden
- Various Simcoe County houses and apartment buildings owned by the County of Simcoe
