A second generation roofing family
Raymond Desrochers Roofing has been working in Simcoe County since 1992. We service both the residential and commercial markets — new and custom homes, large commercial buildings, re-shingling, and re-roofing of flat roof systems.
When flat roofing is mentioned in Simcoe County, the Desrochers name is well known. We are a member of the Barrie Construction Association, and certified installers of Soprema and IKO modified membrane, EPDM and TPO roofing systems.

We warranty all of our work for 5 years, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty on the materials. On flat roofs, total system warranties of 10, 15 and 20 years are available with EPDM and TPO.
Yes. All of our employees are fully covered by WSIB, and the company carries $5,000,000 in liability insurance.
Asphalt shingles, and flat roof systems including 4-ply tar and gravel, SBS modified membrane, EPDM and TPO. We are certified installers of Soprema and IKO modified membrane, EPDM and TPO systems, and we are BP certified for shingles.
